At Gypsy Lane Collective, we take pride in the high quality of all our products. In the rare instance if there is any issue with your purchase, customers can exchange within 5 days only. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, including original tags and packaging.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process the exchange, depending on your preference.
- For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately, and we will guide you on the next steps to resolve the issue.
- Refunds will be issued within 28 working days to the credit card used to make the online purchase.
